Call Sai is a free, confidential helpline service which serves our members by providing information about resources and services available to you. It does not endorse any specific resources, services, or providers, nor does it have any financial relationship with any of these. Any communication between Call Sai volunteers and callers is voluntary and informational only; it does not create a provider-client relationship with Call Sai. Importantly, Call Sai is an informational resource only.

While Call Sai volunteers provide information to the best of their ability and based on the information available to them, callers are responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness, content, suitability, and timeliness of all information. Call Sai makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory as to the accuracy, completeness, content, suitability, and timeliness of the information provided. This information is provided on an "as is" basis.

Call Sai specifically disclaims liability for any claims or damages, if any, from the provision of information or assistance, either by volunteers or by third-party service providers or organizations identified by Call Sai volunteers. As Call Sai is an informational resource only, it does not endorse, warrant, or independently verify any of the services, products, or resources provided by outside agencies, organizations, or providers.

While our aim is to refer callers only to volunteers, service providers and organizations that operate in a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner, an informational referral from Call Sai is not an endorsement or representation of these third-parties, either as to the quality of the service provided or their operational policies. Call Sai does not assume any responsibility or liability for any conditions, hazards, or risks or for any related personal injuries or liabilities or property damage arising directly or indirectly from an individual's use of services or participation in activities of these service providers and organizations. Callers should use their reasonable discretion in choosing a service or resource provider which will serve their needs, and not rely solely on information provided by Call Sai volunteers.

ADDITIONAL RESOURCES INVOLVING THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONALS

In limited situations, Call Sai may be able to connect you to a third-party professional for specific areas of need (e.g., medical, legal, financial support). In these specific situations, Call Sai’s role is only to provide basic information about these third-party professionals. These individuals are not Call Sai employees or contractors, nor are they under Call Sai’s control or direction. To the extent there is any special relationship created between the caller and the service provider (e.g., physician-patient, attorney-client, etc.), that relationship will be governed by an independent agreement between the caller and the service provider, and not with Call Sai either as a party or intermediary.
